Who doesn't want free shipping, right?! We make it VERY easy to get free shipping. All you have to is place an order! That's right. Our standard shipping is FREE on ALL orders. No minimum purchase required. Please note: If you need a product from us by a certain date, please check with us when using our free standard shipping. We will quote an estimated time range (ex. 5-7 business days) but this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed shipping quote. Depending on how soon you need it or your delivery location, we may need to recommend a faster shipping option.
Most in stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Please note: Due to demand, any order placed between Sept-December may take longer to ship out. We get VERY busy for the holiday shopping season. We encourage you to place your orders as soon as possible to ensure a prompt delivery.
Custom orders, including personalized items, will take longer to ship. We will give you an estimated time frame during consultation of a custom order.
When your order ships we will automatically email you a confirmation along with the shipping carrier and tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your Account on our website and checking your Order History. You can access this by visiting, https://www.creatable.build/account/login

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship any orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Federal observed holidays. If the post office is closed, we can't ship :-). During peak holiday times, we may ship on Saturdays based on extended hours observed by the shipping carriers.
Once your order ships, arrival time will be based on the shipping method chosen. Please note: Our FREE Standard Shipping option is only an estimated time and is not a guaranteed delivery method. If you need your order by a certain date and that date is within 5 business days (1 week) of your order being placed, we highly recommend you choose one of our guaranteed delivery methods (ex. 2-Day Rush).
If you order includes multiple items (ex. Table & Bench), we may ship these items separately. It is possible that one item may arrive before the other but the full order should arrive within the same quoted window. If an item was shipped separately, you will receive an additional shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
If you ordered multiple items, and some are missing from your order even though you only received 1 shipment confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you just placed your order (within 2 hours) and it is still "In Process" we may be able to change the delivery address but we have a relatively small window. Most orders will ship same day or next day. Send us an email or contact us through our online Chat feature with your order number and the requested updated delivery address.
Please note: After the 2 hour window of your order being placed, we can not guarantee that we can update your delivery address.
Yes! While we can ship to a APO/FPO addresses, only the standard shipping option is available. We are unable to offer rush shipping options to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that the shipping time frame to an APO/FPO address is not a guaranteed delivery time and may take longer than the normal 5-7 business days to arrive.
Once you submit your order, we will authorize and charge your debit/credit card for the amount of your order. You must have available funds in your account for your order to process successfully. Don't worry, if there is an issue with your card our system will let you know right away.
There could be a couple reasons why your card is being declined while placing your order. First check the Billing Address and Zip Code to make sure they are correct. Also, be sure to make sure the CVV code on the back of your card is entered correctly. If you are still experiencing issues, we recommend contacting your bank BEFORE contacting us as they may be the reason for the decline. Some banks have daily spending limits and will also employ fraud monitoring services that may be preventing the card from being authorized. If you are still having an issue after completing the steps above, please contact us immediately so that we can help remedy the issue for you.
Absolutely! All transactions are fully encrypted using the highest available industry standards. All debit/credit cards are processed by our partner Shopify. Pay with Amazon is processed securely by Amazon.
With Apply Pay, your payment information is never given to us so it safe & secure!
We will accept any return or exchange within 45 days of the confirmed delivery date based on carrier tracking information. After 45 days, only an exchange will be given at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges in all cases except when an order arrives damaged or item is defective.
Once we receive the return back, we will process your refund within 1 business day. Please note it may take 2-5 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank statement due to the bank's processing time.
Please note: Any orders from our Custom Shop, including personalized or customized items, are only eligible for an exchange due to damage or if the item is defective.
Once we receive your request to return the order, we will provide a Return Authorization number along with a return shipping label. Please note that if the return/exchange is due to any reason other than a defective item or damaged in shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is actually very easy! We design our tables to be assembled within 5-10 minutes. Some tables are very quick, just attach the legs, while some of our larger tables require just a little bit more assembly.
